The short version: SpeedRail is a free recipe reference for bartenders. There's nothing to pay and no account to make. Use it honestly, double-check anything that matters, and remember that serving alcohol responsibly — and legally — is always the bartender's job, not the app's.
SpeedRail is published by Core Capital Apps, operated by Core Capital Investments LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), and made by the team behind PourIQ. Using SpeedRail — the website, the web app, and the mobile apps — means you agree to these terms. Questions any time: rockpros@gmail.com.
SpeedRail is a free cocktail-recipe reference for working bartenders: specs, builds, glassware and garnish for hundreds of drinks, plus your own favorites and custom recipes. It is intended for adults of legal drinking age. It does not sell, serve, or deliver alcohol.
SpeedRail costs nothing and has no accounts. If we ever add anything paid, it will be clearly labeled, entirely optional, and covered by its own terms — the recipe book you're using today stays free.
Recipes, specs, and pour amounts are reference material, and reference material can contain mistakes or clash with your house specs. You're the professional: check anything that matters, know your ingredients (including allergens), and follow the alcohol-service laws and licensing rules that apply where you work. What you mix, serve, and charge for is your responsibility and your employer's — not ours.
Favorites, custom recipes, and settings are stored on your own device — we don't have a copy. If your bar shares its menu with you through a join code, that menu belongs to the bar that made it. The details are in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
SpeedRail is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We work to keep it fast and accurate, but a free tool comes with no promises of uptime or perfection, and features may change as the product evolves.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of SpeedRail, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid us for it — which, for a free app, is zero.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the new version will be posted here with a new date, and we'll note it in the app where practical. Continuing to use SpeedRail after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes belong in the courts located there — but email us first; most problems are faster to fix than to litigate. These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about SpeedRail. If part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
